What is Resistor ?

 1. The flow of electric charge through any material encounters an opposing force in many respects to mechanical friction.This opposition force is known as resistance of material.
2. The resistance measure in ohms.
3. An ohm is the resistance that occurs when a current of one amphere passes through a resistor with a one volt drop across its terminals. The current is proportional to the voltage across the terminal ends. This ratio is represented by Ohm's law

 formula with ohm's law: R=V/I

 Definition
'The opposition to flow of current through any material is know as resistance'
"In simple word it passes only selected range of current through material to circuit".

The resistance is measured in ohm, for which the symbol is Ω
smallest unit of resistance is and other unit is kΩ and MΩ.
1 k Ω  =1 X 1000 Ω and 1 M Ω = 1 X 1 k Ω X 1 KΩ

Fixed type resistor :
       "This are linear resistors , whose resistance value does not change with variation in applied voltage, operating temperature, and light intensity and also ots fixed resistance value cannot be varied manually,are known as fixed value resistor."

      "The resistors which has fixed value of resistance is known as fixed value resistor."

 Variable value resistor :
  " An electronic component that is used to vary the amount of current that flows through a circuit."
 "The resistor passes different value of current through it."

Instruction Set Instruction set is structure of computer that provides command / Instruction to computer to guide computer for data manipulation.
